This micro lot rose sparkling is 100% Pinot Noir. Skins were in contact with juice for 36 hours to achieve a vibrant color. It bears  striking aromas of macaron, wild strawberry,  orange zest and lemon rind.

This is a lovely bubbly  to drink as an aperitif or any special occasion. Pair with patio pizza, cheeses or chicken liver pâté.
